By using this website and making any reservation, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

 

 

All bookings are subject to availability, and the event management reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking when necessary.

 

 

All guests must comply with the instructions of the event management at all times.

 

 

Any inappropriate behavior or disturbance may result in removal from the event without a refund.

 

 

The customer is responsible for entering their information correctly, and we are not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect data entry.

 

 

Reselling tickets or using them for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

 

 

The management reserves the right to modify event details (date, location, program) when necessary.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Bookings cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed.

 

 

If a cancellation is requested within a specified period (for example, 48 hours), the following may apply:

 

A credit may be issued instead of a cash refund (according to management policy).

 

 

The management has the right to cancel any booking in the following cases:

 

Violation of the terms and conditions

 

Providing incorrect information

 

Failure to comply with event rules

 

Refund Policy

 

 

All bookings are non-refundable after payment has been confirmed.

 

 

If the event is cancelled by the management, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

In the case of force majeure circumstances (such as weather conditions or other uncontrollable events), the following may apply:

 

The event may be rescheduled, or

 

A credit may be issued for future use.

 

 

No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.
